Validate date format

I'm trying to validate a date format (DD/MM/YYYY) with a
RegularExpressionValidator. In the ValidationExpression i
put this: ^((0[1-9])|([10-31]))\/((0[1-9])|(1[0-2]))\/(\d
{4})$.

If i put in the textbox this value 32-24-2003, the control
doesn't validate the input.

I also want to validade a number with this format (99.00)
How can i do this?
