Voice XML Reservation System with Web Admin Backend

J

John Bevilaqua

We have developed a prototype working application
to handle Reservations or Appointments into an
Access 2002 or SQL Server 2000 backend system.

These Reservations can be originated using an Interactive
Voice Response System (IVR), a Web enabled form, and
in the 4th Quarter of 2003, a Palm Pilot interface, too.

They all feed into the same backend database in real-time
offering considerable savings in determining the exact
availability of Reservation slots or Appointment calendars.

We are licensing the entire technology package including
source code for anyone who is interested. It is written
in the Microsoft development platform and uses ASP, VBScript,
Javascript, HTML and a proprietary XML called AngelXML
from http://www.angel.com

But the reality is that we were able to create a working
system in less than 30 days including an advanced backend
web enabled admin system. The caller-facing interface can
be reviewed at this number: 866-822-3649 using passcode 8069.
