    In a webform (VB.NET) how can I open a new instance of the browser ?

    You can only use a ClientSide JavaScript.
    Then with window.open("")

    You have several options:

    - Drop a hyperlink on the page and set its target to _blank
    - Use javascript in a response.write statement (server side).
