Weird Problem with Request.Form.AllKeys and checkbox

Hi, I have a WYSIWYG editor which allows people to build their own
forms on the fly (HTML controls only).

I am going through each of the controls in the Request.Form.AllKeys
collection and validating them.

However, checkboxes only appear if they are checked and if they are
not checked then they do not appear in the above collection...

Given that I need to know if a checkbox is checked or not, how am I
supposed to validate it when it does not appear?
