Where has Premier Press Books gone - I need the database

I was given a book called "ASP.NET Professional Projects" by Hersh Bhasin,
published in 2002. It says there is a link to a sample database used
thoughout the book at www.premierpressbooks.com/downloads.asp that must be
installed right at the onset. However this is a German site with no links
to any kinds of books or sample databases.
Does anyone know if the sample database might be available somewhere else
(maybe they were bought out by another publisher) so I can teach myself
ASP.NET. (And yes I realize it is seven year old technology).

It seems that premierpressbooks.com was simply expired and registered
by other people.

but you can't get it now, I also cannot find anything in google for
"RCVersion.zip"

I would suggest to get more recent book, the one from 2002 is about
ASP.NET 1.0
