    Hello,

Are there any moderators ? :/
I thought that this usenet group is fully accessible to public.
Usenet is distributed, so even if there are moderators they are
able to cancel messages in one (or more) server. Not every server permits
    distrubuted cancelation.

    Best regards,

Let me guess - you're one of these idiot who accesses real Usenet groups
through Google Groups, and doesn't realize that Google didn't invent these
things? Got news for you, kid, Usenet was here 20 years ago when we were
pushing full feeds over 1200bps modems, and it will still be here when
Google is just a vague memory.

Ignorance is not grounds for claims of idiocy.
One might be inclined to expose your ignorance (or mine even) - and while
we're at it, let's do it "on topic" with respect to Java.
Or shall we concede that ignorance is a part of human nature?

Modems? Why, when I was young we had to call up the host computer and make
beeping noises, and we were glad to do it!

I rarely see spam here anyways. Maybe you are a spammer testing the
    waters?

Well, if you were, the reason we don't have spammers is because we have
all developed a java spam tracking system. We hunt down the spammers
    and kill them.

Indeed :) And a state-of-the-art communications protocol went like:

"Okay, ready? ten - print - quote - hello - world - end quote. twenty pr..,
oh sorry, TEN PRINT QUOTE... etc"

(Which would usually be acknowledged with a "It says Syntax Error")

Nah, it wouldn't help - Dave the Resurrector would just bring them back to
    life again.

    (Sorry, newsgeek joke.)
