12030 Error

This error happens when I click the Insert button on my web page. The event
sends data to the database via textboxes. Here is the message.

The error reads:

sys.Webform.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error
occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code
returned from the was 12030

Code:0

What is this error and how do I fix it. Some things I tried? Research it
on the Internet but information is not clear, forums...problems and the
problem has to do with WebServices not web pages.

Please help and advise.
