Access Denied

hi
i'm trying to create an instance of outlook application from my ASP.NET(VB.NET
application.I added the Microsoft Outlook Library 10.
It's giving the error 'Access Denied
I created '{machinename}\ASPNET user and gave the write permissions to the user als

Can anyone help me..
