Active Directory and Anonymous Access

hi,

My website is hosted in a domain as well accessible from outside.
Now i want that all the domain users should be able to log in using AD
whereas all the ppl outside the domain (internet) should be shown the
login screen rather than the authetication prompt.
The profile of the ppl accessing the site from outside is stored in my
database.

any help will be highly valuable.
