[ANN] Voidspace Guestbook 1.4.2

Oops, embarrasing bugix release time.

Guestbook 1.4.1 worked fine (wonderfully even) with Python 2.4, but not
with Python 2.3.

This release fixes that, and also another Python 2.2 compatibility
problem (yes I'm testing now...).
