[Announcement] Doxygen frontend for Eclipse

For those who are using Eclipse's CDT and Doxygen, I have released an
early version of an Eclipse plugin integrating Doxygen to the IDE.

The plugin provides an easy way to edit Doxygen files and to launch
documentation builds. Here is the link to the project's homepage :
