divider locations on splitpanes

I've got a frame w/ several split panes.

The user opens the application up to a size of about 800x600 and the
dividers locations are proportionately set as I would like them to be.

But when the app is maximized to full screen, my set divider locations
that were once split at 80% open up at 50%.

How do I fixed this?
