Download Counter - free?

Hi,

somone knows a free counter service which I could use to count the number of
downloads of my files?

Offering some downloads on my web site I want to know how often these file
have been downloaded. I cannot use CGI or PHP since my provider or better my
account does not allow this.

So I'm searching for a free counter service which enables this feature for
me. Any suggestions?
