Eclipse doesn't support GB18030 file encoding?

I use eclipse 3.2.1 on Open SUSE 10.2.
The system supports gb18030, gbk, gb2312 text file encoding.
Eclipse support utf-8, gb2312, iso-8859-1 and other encodings, but no
gb18030.

I copy source files from Windows to SUSE, and eclipse cannot display
Chinese
characters normally.

How to make eclipse support gb18030 file encoding?
