Expandable boxes issues.

We're using vBulletin and have used some custom HTML code to edit the notice layout.

In firefox this looks perfect however in IE and Safari it messes up.
I can't find out why though.

In safari and IE the bottom two corners don't drop down?

Anyone got any ideas?
