Extracting XSD data from WSDL file

Hello Folks!
I have situation where an .NET Web Serice wsdl that contains xsd stuff
should separated into two files.
Xsd (XML Schema) and wsdl. Purpose for this is that other platform is using
..(version 2.0) NET Web Service.
Are there any tools to do that?
