File Field control value?

I have a File Field (id of butBrowse) control within a
3rd Party tab control with an id of tbMain. I have been
trying to access the properties of butBrowse but I can
not access it. I have tried to us tbMain.FindControl
("butBrowse") but none of the properties comes up. Can
some one help me.

Could you please give some more information? Who's the manufacturer of the
Tab control? What Tab control is it anyway?
