Hello guys,

I'm bound to win environment and I wonder whether it is convenient to
upgrade from 1.8.2-14 to 1.8.2-15: apart from tab completion in irb is
there any other major motivation?

In case of upgrading, should I reinstall the whole environment from
scratch (ie: gems, .irbrc, .inputrc, etc.)?
