Hi friends,
I am new to the ASP.NET environment. During web application
development, I am frequently facing the following problem.

Configuration Error
Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration

This is being caused by the indexing service. Turn it off from control panel
and the problem will go away. Indexing is a service used to optmize file
retrievals/searches. Occasionally, the handle to the file is being held by
the indexing service causing access denied errors.
