Installing Pirxx1.2

Hi All,
I am trying to build and install pirxx1.2 on Redhat Linux8.0
and am getting error while building pirxx1.2 from source. I has
installed Pyxml-0.8.3 and xerces-c-src2_4_0. Could somebody help me as
to what I am doing wrong ??
