MHT File Programs

Hi,

I'm currently using Microsofts Webarch.exe for creating web archive
..MHT files. Its problems with certain pages which I think may be due to
scripts.

I've looked for updated version Webarch and all I can find is the
Microsoft version. I need a command line version of program for use in
a Java application. Are there any new versions of MHT file creators
that use command line?
