Netscape props & events, need help

[Hornet Audio]

Could somebody please help, should be easy for you folks. I have some
actions taken on OnChange event in select control, all works fine with IE
but all Netscape browsers refuse to cooperate. Here is select control in
question

Could somebody spot the property or param not supported by Netscape
browsers?
