Node attributes

I am using this code to get values of the selected node's attributes:
oNode =
document.all.TreeView1.getTreeNode(document.all.TreeView1.selectedNodeIndex)
;

alert(oNode.getAttribute("text"));



The only attribute it's working for is "text". If I try other attributes it
shows null.

Any idea, why?
