Overwriting a Access Database using JDBC

I have a blank DB hence I am not giving the WHERE .

I just want to insert into DB without duplicating them....

Then do a "delete from addresses" and then "insert...". This should
always create the same database, regardless of the former content.
STRONG advice: Use MySQL instead of Access, this will avoid a lot of
headaches..
(Or Oracle,DB2 or SQLServer or any other solid RDBMS)
