RubyForge scheduled downtime later today

Hi all -

I'm going to take RubyForge down for a upgrade this afternoon. Should
take about 30 minutes or so. Only the main site will be affected;
mailing lists, svn/cvs, "gem install rails", project vhosts, and so
forth should continue to work as usual.
