[SETUP] UnauthorizedAccessException Exception

I'm getting the System.UnauthorizedAccessException exception when I deploy my
application to a test environment. I understand that the <domain>\ASPNET account
doesn't have access to write to the registry and was wondering how I can give
this account write access to the registry entries required to get this to
automatically work without me having to register the entries manually (wrote a
script to execute the Regsvcs.exe app to register the libraries that have been
updated).


Exception -
Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the registry
key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MCIS.Applications.CountyWeb.BLL.Topic is denied.
