The compiler failed with error code 200

Hi ,

I have Win XP , .NET 1.1 with IIS 5.1 installed.
When I run my appln in debug mode I get the standard error 'The
compiler failed with error code 200 ' . I close the browser and then
run the application in debug mode I dont get the error.
But everytime I have to run my appln 2 times to debug,

Any help will be appreciated.
