Using controls in Grid

Hi, I am new to Grids with the problem to create runtime created grids that
has custom controls on it
Can someone please tell me how I apply server controls to a templateColumn
in C# without any use of ASP code and so that the grid is created run time
not on design time.

You can't create a grid at run time without code. Show an example of what
you want.
