Voice over IP and .NET

could You please suggest how to handle Voice over IP ptoject in .NET
environment?
TAPI 3.* ?, something else ?

Windows CE .NET has some of those features, but the .NET Framework doesn't
by default. If you don't want to call into TAPI through p/invoke,
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdnmag/issues/03/01/NewStuff/default.aspx has a
pointer to a control that you might be interested in from Pronexus.
