I discovered a bug in the javadoc for a class in JDK 1.5. I looked in
the bug database on java.sun.com and found it had been reported 6
years ago. It was marked as fixed in JDK 1.6, but from the notes on
the bug report I realized the report had been misinterpreted and I
verified that the wrong fix was made to the JDK 1.6 javadocs.
So, at this point I tried to submit a comment on the report and/or log
into that portion of the site. Both attempts eventually failed with a
network timeout. I've tried a couple of different times, both at home
and at work.
Is the java.sun.com bug database still the correct place to report
bugs in the JDK or the javadocs?
