2.0 Menu Control CSS help

Hello.

Looking for some help with the best way to achieve a different fore and
background color for each parent / child item grouping of the asp.net 2.0
menu control. So in the following example I would like to use different CSS
classes for Parent Item 1 and Parent Item 2. Same gooes for Child 1.1 and
Child 2.1.

Parent Item 1
--Child 1.1
--Child 1.2
--Child 1.3
Parent Item 2
--Child 2.1
--Child 2.2
