Access Denied

Hi
from ASP.NET page i try to read the Application of Event Viewer. I use the
EventLog Class. When i try to instance the object all working fine, but when
i try to read the Application there ia an Exception with the next error
message:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Access is denied

I have already changed the UserName attribute in the ProcessModel section of
machine.config and changed the permission in the registry key
\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog\Application

There is a solution for this problem?
