Access Denied

Hi Im having issues getting my aspx page to start

I have Win2k Professional Ed, Net Framework 1.1, and MSSQLDE with IIS.

I keep on getting the message Access Denied to xxx directory. Failed to
start monitoring directory changes.

I have followed MSKB 317955 and can confirm that the ASPNET account is
enabled on the directory.

Any ideas?

Just a quickie - If I change the file into an ASP page this works fine -
ASPX however does not.

Wierd????
