Allow visitor to add content to a page...

I have a friend that wants to be able to dynamically add contents to a
webpage. He wants visitors to be able to enter text and/or graphics
and then immediately see it. In otherwords, if he created a page on
brandx. Anyone with information on brandx would be able to hit a
button at the bottom of the page, fill in a form with text and/or
graphics, and hit submit. The visitor would then go back to the brandx
page and see his/her submission. Does anyone know of a commercial,
freeware or shareware product to meet this need?

Thanks. He was hoping for something a little cleaner but it is a good
