Xin is a pretty lightweight XML editor for MS-Windows 98/ME/2K/XP. Url
    at http://xined.sourceforge.net

The goal of Xin is to be uncluttered and fast. It's like a
programmer's notepad for editing XML documents. Right now it provides
    the
    following features:

    XML syntax highlighting
    Interactive well-formed check
    End tag closing
    Smart/Auto indent
Smart formatting (formats lines to a specified column)
    Line folding
    Tabbed interface
    Embedded browser preview
Full unicode support (saves and loads in UTF8 ~ UTF32)
Editing buffer validation on command (provided by xerces)
    Native UI

    0.4:
    Installer/uninstaller
    Focus fixes
Accepts file names as command line arguments
    Comment/Uncomment mode
Shows character entity on dwell for unicode
    Plain text mode
