Xin is a pretty lightweight XML editor for MS-Windows 98/ME/2K/XP. Url

The goal of Xin is to be uncluttered and fast. It's like a
programmer's notepad for editing XML documents. Right now it provides
the
following features:

XML syntax highlighting
Interactive well-formed check
End tag closing
Smart/Auto indent
Smart formatting (formats lines to a specified column)
Line folding
Tabbed interface
Embedded browser preview
Full unicode support (saves and loads in UTF8 ~ UTF32)
Editing buffer validation on command (provided by xerces)
Native UI

Accepts file names as command line arguments
Comment/Uncomment mode
Shows character entity on dwell for unicode
