Ask about C program that convert NFA to DFA

Dear sir,
I am so pleased to write you,and i would like to thank about all your help ,and i was wondering if you would
mind helping me to write a C program that convert NFA to DFA,i found this program in C++ but the problem
is that i haven't studied C++ yet at the university ,i have written the algorithm that convert NFA to DFA
but i couldn't write it in C program.
I am looking forward to getting your answer.
