which permissions do i need to set when :
1)when i want read a file from a folder out side of the virtual folder
path(like xml or txt)?
2)when i want to write to a file in a folder out side of the virtual folder
path?
3)if i want to write to the event viewe i get message that i am not alowed
beacuse of secuirty permmissions - how can i solve this?
4)how can i debug from global.asax if an error accourd that for example it
will be show on screen or any other way?
