Atlas: Calling a javascript method when data arrives

Hello,
I'm using the Atlas framework to build some dynamic applications.
I need to call a javascript method when datas arrives (but after Atlas
renders the result).
It is possible to do so ?

That's because I've layers inside my update panel that are dynamically
displayed/hidden by the user, when datas arrives those display styles
are set as default (as they were on page load).
Currently I use a setInterval to reset the layers display to their
value, but that's really dirty.
