Auto-select values inside of iFrame on load.

Hi! I'm rather new at this. This might be easy, but I don't know what
to search for. I'm trying to setup a iFrame on our church website. The
page inside the frame is for group management. There is a drop down
field on that page. I would like to setup the iFrame to automatically
select the value for our church when the page is loaded. Is this
possible?

Also, I can't figure out the best way to stretch the cell across the
entire table.
