BrowsableAttribute not working with Web user controls?

Hello,

I have applied the BrowsableAttribute to a public property of a Web user
control. Afterwards, I am adding this Web user control to a Web form. The
problem is that I can't see this property in the Properties window.

Any ideas what is going wrong?
