Do I still need to worry about OP<5?

As Opera >= 3.6 is so good at HTML and CSS, it's often *really* easy to
get a layout working in them. But if it doesn't work in Opera < 7, don't
fret about it too much -- Opera users tend to keep their browser quite up
to date.

Do Opera users usually update to have the latest version? Shouldn't I rather
use the "most commonly used" version? Do I still need to worry about OP<5?

I have no real numbers, but as it's kind of an "enthusiasts'" browser,
as versus IE's status as an "uhh...I dunno, I came with the computer" browser,
it *seems* like its users would be more into keeping it updated (and
learning more about its features, etc.).

Well, OP5+6 seem to have problems applying padding, but as it seems there's
nothing I could do about that anyway, I just ignore it.

What about those who had everything installed years ago by "the kid next
door"? That kid might have installed the then latest version of Opera, but
they wouldn't know how to update, nor care?
