button.attributes in .aspx.vb code behind file

Hello,
How can I include the source file in

"Button.Attributes("Onclick")="javascript: my javascript commands "

command as I do in <script> tag in javascript as"src=abc.js" in .aspx page because the code I have to write as javascript commands depends upon the external .js file which is included in the project
please help me

include the src file in html directly
and refer to any of the methods in a normal way.
