Cant't open report..?

Hi all,
I have a Crystal report in a project.
Why can't I open the report with?:

Private Sub page_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As
System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
Dim myReport As New CrystalReport1()
CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = myReport
End Sub

I only get: Access to the path "dynamic_images" is denied.
...and that path doesn't exist!
