Change App_themes folder path

Hi!

I want to publish a web application to manage multiple
web sites and different themes, contents etc...

The problem is that App_Themes folder, web.config, web.sitemap
point to a fixed folder, so I can't use my webapplication to serve
different web sites.

How can I change this behavior?

For example, in I create in IIS 6 a virtual directory called "App_Themes"
that
point to a folder external to web application folder I obtain an error.
