Configuration Application Block - NameValueCollection

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?

I'm using the Configuration Application Block, and require to have
StorageProvider of type XmlFileStorageProviderData, but I want to have
a DataTransformer of NameValueCollection.

The default is to use the XmlSerializerTransformerData and map to an
existing class.

Any ideas?
