Copying Access Database with Hyperlinks

Hi,
I am very new to Access, so please bear with me. I have created a database
which contains a hyperlink from each record to a photograph or scanned
document held in a single Documents file. If I burn a CD or DVD from this
database and the related photo file, what happens to the hyperlinks? Do they
automatically get amended to relate to the file on disk? When I then copy
the database and file to another computer do they get corrected again, or
have I to amend each hyperlink manually?
