Create a UTF file in ASP 3

How can I do it ?

I use the 'CreateTextFile' method...from the FileSystem object




I need it to create an xml file where only UTF encoding is accepted.
If I replace special characters by the unicode sequence (), I get
errors (for example with the 149 character .)
