declarative binding inside a gridview

I have a databound gridview control, and I want to call a stored procedure
for each bound row, to populate a dropdownlist in a templatecolumn.

I added the SqlDataSource inside the item template, but I can't see a way to
link it's parameters to other fields in the contained row.

Is this possible?
