Example of end user agreements/contracts

Hi all,

I've recently finished writing my ASP.NET app and want to deploy it.

I want to have examples of contracts that I can use for the users of my
ASP.NET application (SLA).

Are there any examples (by Microsoft) of such contracts/end user agreements?
