Get information about the uploaded file

Hi Group,

In my application I ask the user to pick his file for upload, then I also
ask him to enter the file modification date.
(I know it looks strange but this is how it was implemented before, so all
our users were using it this way...)

Is there any way to get this date automatically, once the users select their
file ?
Something like txtfileUpdate.PostedFile.<Modificationdate> ?
